Terms of use
OmenMonkey is the trade name used by Juan Manuel Real Domínguez. These terms govern the use of Ice Brawl Hockey, especially accounts, online matches, rankings, and content visible to other users.
Who we are
Throughout this document, ‘OmenMonkey’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to its owner acting under that trade name, not to a separate company.
Minimum account age
To create an online account you must be at least 16 and state your age truthfully. Registration below that age is not allowed and no parental authorization flow is offered. The check relies on your declaration and does not verify your identity.
Use of the app
You may play Ice Brawl Hockey for personal use. Online mode is in prototype stage and may change, stop, or become temporarily unavailable.
Online account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must use a valid email and an online name that does not impersonate others or include offensive, illegal, sexual, discriminatory, violent, or advertising content.
Content and conduct
Names, avatars, and reports submitted by users may be visible or reviewed by OmenMonkey. Harassment, cheating, service abuse, bug exploitation, spam, and content that may harm other users are not allowed.
We may hide names, limit online access, reset statistics, or close accounts if we detect abuse or a breach of these terms.
Reports
You can report a user from the app if you believe they breach these terms. Reports will be used for moderation and game security.
Intellectual property
The app, code, design, brand, and own assets belong to their respective owners. If you add music, sprites, or third-party resources, you must keep their licenses and credits before publishing.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability. On free hosting versions, the server may sleep after periods of inactivity.
Deletion and contact
You can sign out or delete your account from inside the app. For legal questions, support, or data requests, write to support@omenmonkey.com.
Matches and leaving
Leaving or losing connection during an online match counts as a defeat. Server restarts do not count as player abandonment. The beta may be interrupted; offline rewards are temporarily disabled. Pucks are not money and cannot be exchanged for real money.
